We provide different levels of care to meet each resident’s unique needs and offer additional memory support* services for individuals experiencing mild memory loss. Seniors experiencing mild memory loss and their families will meet with our assessment team to ensure their health and safety requirements can be met prior to admission. Our team will design a comprehensive plan to best suit the prospective resident’s care needs. While Harvest Hill has many safety measures and practices in place to support seniors with mild cognitive impairment, it is not a secure memory care community. Therefore, we cannot admit residents living with advanced Alzheimer’s or other forms of progressive dementia.
